Tactical Leadership Development Program
For first-time or new leaders managing small teams and finding their feet.
This 8-week online program is built for emerging leaders stepping into their first real test — managing people. You’ll learn how to guide small teams, handle conflict, and lead with confidence. Think of it as the fast-track to turning “new boss nerves” into practical, no-nonsense leadership.
As you work through the self-paced, online modules, we’ll apply the theory you learn to your specific situation during the fortnightly group workshops.
This leadership development program is NOT for you if:
- You would rather follow the easy path than make the effort required to level-up
- You have no interest in learning because there is nothing more for you to learn
- You blame others for your circumstances despite the situation
- You are unable to leave your ego at the door
- You are unwilling to invest in your future
This program is conducted over eight weeks and includes four online group workshops and four individual coaching sessions. This allows you to discuss your individual challenges and successes with the group in relation to each module.

Module 1: What Makes People Tick?
Learning Objectives
- Understand basic neuroscience concepts related to behaviour and decision-making.
- Explore how people learn and apply this knowledge to leadership.

Module 2: How to Influence Others

- Develop the ability to assess situations and adapt leadership styles.

What are the technical requirements to take this course?
All you will need to access this course is a computer. All recorded content, group sessions and one on one coaching will be delivered online. You will be provided with links, passwords and user access to the relevant platforms as a part of your program.
How much time will I have to invest?
The course is self-paced but we recommend you invest a minimum of 10-12 hours to gain the greatest impact.
How long will I have access to the course materials?
Six months. If you need access after the program has expired, please contact us.
Can I share access with my team?
You are welcome to share your learnings and print outs with your team, in fact, we encourage it!
What exactly is included in the course?
