Tactical Leadership Development Program
You’ll learn how to guide small teams, handle conflict, and lead with confidence. Think of it as the fast-track to turning “new boss nerves” into practical, no-nonsense leadership.
As you work through four self-paced, online modules, we’ll apply the theory you learn to your specific situation during fortnightly group workshops.
The program is conducted over 8 weeks and includes 4 online modules, 4 online group workshops and 4 individual coaching sessions.
This structure allows you to discuss your individual challenges and successes in relation to each module with the group and your coach.
This leadership development program is NOT for you if:
- You would rather follow the easy path than make the effort required to level-up
- You have no interest in learning because there is nothing more for you to learn
- You blame others for your circumstances despite the situation
- You are unable to leave your ego at the door

PROGRAM MODULES
Module 1: What Makes People Tick?
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Understand basic neuroscience concepts related to behaviour and decision-making.
- Explore how people learn and apply this knowledge to leadership.

Module 2: How to Influence Others

What are the technical requirements to take this course?
All you will need to access this course is a computer. All recorded content, group sessions and one on one coaching will be delivered online. You will be provided with links, passwords and user access to the relevant platforms as a part of your program.
How much time will I have to invest?
The course is self-paced but we recommend you invest a minimum of 10-12 hours to gain the greatest impact.
How long will I have access to the course materials?
Six months. If you need access after the program has expired, please contact us.
Can I share access with my team?
You are welcome to share your learnings and print outs with your team, in fact, we encourage it!
